LODGING: AAU Baseball National Championships has partnered with HBC Event Travel Services to provide an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms at the best rates. These rates are always the same as, if not lower than, the selected hotels' lowest advertised rate and usually includes breakfast for your team. In additional to securing discounted hotel team rates, reserving hotel rooms through HBC Event Services guarantees that if for any reason the tournament is cancelled, you will not be charged for any cancellation penalties that you may otherwise be subject to if you make your reservation using another means. This guarantee does not include hotel reservations made after the hotel cut-off dates.
All hotel reservations should be made through this link. Please do not call the hotels directly.

QUALIFYING: For the 2014 season,
14U and Underclassmen teams are not
required to qualify.
INTENT TO PARTICIPATE: Teams should file an Intent to Participate to indicate
interest in attending. An Intent to Participate does not obligate a team to attend,
nor does it save a berth in the event for you. Berths are confirmed once a team
completes their registration, submits their entry fee, and then later qualifies. Click Intent to Participate to indicate your team's desire to
attend the AAU Baseball Nationals.
To begin the tournament registration process, click the Tournament Registration link.
If this is the first time you have attended any AAU Baseball Nationals, you will
need to create a user name and password. If you have created your user name and
password to purchase your memberships, we recommend (but do not require) that you
use the same user name and password for the Online Registration as you did
for the AAU Membership system. Note that a user name and password must be created
for each of the systems although the same information may be
used for both. The information from the AAU Membership system does not automatically
transfer to the Online Registration system.
Once you have signed in, be sure to include
your club code when you reach that field.
After you have added your team and your age group, you will be ready to add your
athletes. Here are two terms that you may not be familiar with that the system may
ask you about:
1) Cross boundary athlete: an athlete that is not in your district. Up to 40%
of your roster may be from a district that connects with (touches) yours.
A team from
Georgia may have players from Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and/or
South Carolina, but may not have a player from Virginia;
2) Pickup/Add-On Athletes: an athlete that was not on your team at the time
you qualified for the Grand Nationals. You may add up to five Pickup Athletes
to your roster provided you do not exceed the roster maximum.
ROSTERS: 14U teams
may have a maximum of 20 players. Underclassmen teams may have a maximum of 25 players.
All teams may have no more than four coaches
(or three coaches and one scorekeeper). Teams may have two
batpersons between the ages of 8-18. One team administrator may be on
each roster but will not have access to the dugout. Enter your roster here.
